Celebrating our exceptional 2023 Mission in Motion winners

At SSM Health, we are committed to ensuring our patients and customers experience exceptional service in every encounter, whether it’s on the phone, online, or in person. This is our Mission and who we are. In this spirit, the Mission in Motion Awards were created to recognize the exceptional team members who embody our Mission and Values in their unmistakable commitment to revealing God’s healing presence.
In 2023, after countless employees nominated their peers from across the system, 41 extraordinary team members were honored with this award during Mission and Heritage Week. This MyNews series highlights these winners from across the system. This week’s Mission in Motion winner is Alina Adams, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Specialist Hospice, SSM Health at Home, for being recognized for living SSM Health’s Mission every day. Here's what her colleagues say about Alina.
“Alina is always the first to volunteer, especially for overnight calls. She is our rock, always smiling and giving support to her team members and patients. Alina goes out of her way to see and help patients at both hospice locations, putting them at ease.”
